Building and running the operational software for a mid‑size beverage distributor serving 3,500 retail accounts: order processing, delivery routing, inventory, invoice automation, QuickBooks and Sage integrations, and operations dashboards.
One system I built cut an invoice process from about 100 minutes to about 5.

How projects work
You get a fixed price for the project before I start. You pay half up front and the other half on delivery. After delivery, a monthly plan can cover hosting, updates and small changes for a website, or support for an automation system.
